Why isn't the Get Windows 10 App icon showing in my Notifications tray?

I have an HP laptop with Windows 8.1 and had previously loaded KB3035583 (5/19). Why isn't the Get Windows 10 App icon showing in my Notifications tray?

If your machine doesn't meet the minimum requirements for W10, the notification won't appear.
Also, it's only been a few hours. Might be worth checking in a little while.
