Why isn't the voice recorder for phone calls working?

Voice recorder for phone calls not working

I am in the fast ring, latest build, 14372. Today I went to record a phone call, but the recorder button is missing. In Settings-phone calls, the option to select a voice recorder for phone calls is greed out with no option to select. Instead it says no compatible app even though voice recorder is installed and was the app used before for this functionality. I am not sure if this is an issue with this build or prior builds, but is anyone else having the same issue? Does anyone know if this function will be restored?

Suggest creating a feedback item or upvoting one. Works in production builds so must be specific to Redstone.

This issue appeared on the last two builds. (14371 &14372)
I have the same issue too.
