Why isn't the Windows Store launching on my Lumia 540 with Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.11?

hi i use microsoft lumia 540 with windows 10 mobile build 10586.11

since 2 days windows store is not launching at all. when i open it it ,launching screen does not appear and only start screen background is displayed.please help
