Windows Store not opening in my Lumia 540

I couldn't able to access windows store from my new lumia 540. What could be possible reason and what all to be checked / done to get it sorted out.

Restart your phone and try connecting again.
In order to restart your phone follow these steps:
Press and hold the Volume Down Volume down button and Power Power button buttons at the same time until you feel a vibration (about 10-15 seconds). Your phone will restart automatically.
