Why isn't there an option to pay for an app using netbanking?

I don't have a credit card of my own and since it asks for addresses and stuff for billing, I can't use others' credit-card as well like my brother's.
So can something be done about this,guys?

You can buy a Microsoft gift card or X-box card.(you can use them both so a X-box card you also can use to buy phone apps only)
Xbox Gift Cards and Windows Gift Cards
You also can buy them in shops.

You can buy it online. Or you have to check shops in your country if they sell them. In the Netherlands MSFT gift cards are difficult to find but an X-box card does the same. Or to make it more clear the X-box card is not dedicated for the X-box. You can also use it for your phone op PC.

You can also get them by enrolling in Bing rewards. About 450 points gets you a three dollar gift card. In the US you can also by them at Kroger company stores.

I guess the important question to ask is where are you? If you are over 18 and live in the US I would suggest setting up a American Express Serve kr other debit card account and you should be able to use that.
