Why isn't Viber is working anymore?

Viber is not working anymore.

Hi friends. i've a problem with my Viber on my Nokia 625 wp8.1 . I've installed it already and i was using it normaly. But, after anupdate, it's not working any more, i can't even uninstall it bcz i can't find it in my phone files. However, when i try to install it again from the play store it says that Viber is already installed on my phone :/ . So plz how can i fix that problem ? thank you for answering me

so under apps it's not listed ?
Then open Storage Sense, tap phone > apps + games and see if you see Viber there.
If you do uninstall it, do a soft reset to clear cache and install again.
If it's not under phone, tap SD card > apps + games and see if Viber is listed.
If so tap and then uninstall.
Then do a soft reset to clear cache and install again.

i can not find it both in Phone & in SD card. that's so strange bcz it says that Viber does already exist when i try to redawnload it again from the store.
