did you clean install it? if you clean installed it, you have no solution without buying windows 10 key.

My upgrade also did not activate and I tried manually over 20 t6imes. I even called NS activation phone # and was told there was a server error and try tomorrow. I suspect that the activation servers were crashing from to much traffic. The next morning I booted up and went to try again and found it was already activated. Automatically.
