Why isn't Windows 10 connecting to mobile's Wifi-hotspot?

Windows 10 not connecting to mobile's Wifi-hotspot

Ever since i updated my windows 7 to windows 10, i am unable to use any of mobile's Wifi-hotspot to use internet on my laptop which i used to do earlier hassle-free.

Now whenever i try to connect my laptop to a wifi-hotspot of any of my mobile phones the laptop seems to connect with it and also shows 'Internet Access' sometimes (or Limited Access most of the times) but when i try to open any of the websites it doesn't open.

How do i connect my laptop (Win10) to a portable WiFi-Hotspot?

Has the same problem two weeks ago, not sure if it's related to w10pc or mobile...
Deleting the hotspot from laptop fixed the issue for me
