Why living image feature dosent work after official lumia cyan??!!!

Hello my friends
I updated my lumia 1020 to official 8.1 and I installed nokia camera app last version and I do that step by pressing on use default setting botton..but same thing that feature dosent work :crying::crying::crying:
any body has same my problem??!!:crying::crying:

My memory is kinda fuzzy, but I don't think MS had promised the 1020 users living images? AFAIK only the 1520 and 930/icon "have the hardware for it" -_- However if you previously were using the nokia cam beta app for this then I must disappoint you.... Even i lost that ability after the cyan update

oh no they should support this feature for this device because has a best cam...Im very sad for read this :unhappysweat:

I did a quick search just to be sure... Apparently 1020 does support living images my bad lol

I think a Nokia Camera update removed Living Images after it "worked" for a short period. It never came back to the 1020.

You'll need Cyan firmware, if the 1020 gets it at all.

Doesnt need cyan or anything else, its not coming for other reasons.

I put the network in my device in 2G because I connect to the internet by wifi
there are also 3G and 4G

So living images is not coming to any other phone expect the 930?
