Why my Apps turned to this?

Good day fellas, I got some problem with my phone, I'm using Lumia 535 Denim Update. My Phone just rebooted I don't know for what reason, but after it restarted, some of titles of my apps turned into Installed Path and grayed out. I tried to launch those apps but it's just giving me the Loading screen.

Looks like the OS has been corrupted after rebooting.
Did the phone reset or just soft boot?

It looks like your phone is reinstalling those apps, for whatever reason. These icons should turn into actual apps once they get installed. Make sure you have an active internet connection and they get installed.

The phone just restarted for whatever reason. After reboot the apps turned like that. I assume that this might be an OS problem though. I hard reset my phone 2 days I go, and it worked fine. but right now, the problem just showed up again, I might brought for repairs.

I checked up on that, but apparently it shows that only "Pending" status.
