Why my firmware number is not changing?

I have a Nokia Lumia 520 but everytime I update it,its firmware number is still the same and only os version is changing.I never got amber update only its os version when I tried to update it in Lumia Black,still only the os version changed.Right now my phone is running on DP,I'm enjoying WP 8.1 but no change in firmware number.Tell me what to do?

Also to note, DP doesn't touch firmware, just OS version. The firmware will change when you carrier (or whatever carrier the phone is branded to) pushes down the new firmware updates (black/cyan/denim)...
