Why my headphones does not work anymore?

[Windows Central Question]

After the upgrade 10.586.107 (Lumia 950) I can't use headphone or make a call... the groove music stops playing... Someone can help me?

Can you provide any details? Is it a wired headphone, or is it Bluetooth? Does it not make any sound at all? Do the headphones have buttons to control the volume or playback? Do those work? Do other headphones work on your phone?
