why my hp stream 8 can't charge?

my hp stream 8 tablet can't charge. i opened it's back cover, and i noticed that when i plug in the charger, there is a spark on the one of the capacitor beside the battery connector. maybe that was the the problem i guess. anyone got schematic for the stream 8 tablet or anyone know what is the value of the capacitor? so i can try change the capacitor and see whether it's worked or not. please help...
