Why my lumia 435 is charging but the battery percentage dont increase...?

My lumia 435 is about 7 months to me... my charger is still working,when i charge it my phone battery dont increase... i leave it 3 hours charging but it still doesnt increase...

Remove battery, clean copper pins with alcool. Which windows build are you using?
