Why my Lumia 630 wont sync to my windows 7 pc?

[Windows Central Question]

This is my first windows phone which I traded from my wife last dec 2014. But when I tried to sync it with my win 7 pc thought there's problem with my pc. But when I tried to connect it in our office, windows 8.1, still couldnt sync it. I reinstalled already the windows phone for desktop in both pc but still couldnt connect. please help me. Thanks

If after this you still have a problem than I fear your phone (usb) has a problem and you should sent it in for repair or replacement.
Bye the way if you have a SD card you also can get this out and put it in the card reader from your pc so you still can get this data.
