Why my Winodws 10 mobile insider can't connect my Wi-Fi network, other network can connect normally?

WPCentral Question

I have a Wi-Fi router (TP-Link TL-MR3020), my Windows 10 mobile insider on Nokia Lumia 920 cannot connect the Wi-Fi. It's always display error "Can't connect, Your phone can't connect to the Wi-Fi network Jack_The_Ripper". (Wi-Fi SSID name: Jack_The_Ripper). However, it can connect other Wi-Fi network normally.
Thank you so much.

OS version: 10.0.10166.0
Firmware revision number: 3051.50009.1424.0002

That is because windows 10 mobile is not finalized yet. There are issues and conflicts with this OS.
On the windows insider website there is a section about these issues. Did you read this section?
One of the points:

Internet Sharing (or tethering) is available Insider Preview, but you must disable Internet sharing before you turn off your phone. If you turn off your phone and reboot before you turn off Internet Sharing, Wi-Fi is not working. You recover your phone through Windows Phone Recovery Tool to download to a PC, and then connect your phone to the PC to return to Windows Phone 8.1. After that is completed, install Insider Preview again.

Yes, I did, but I never turn on WiFi sharing after upgrade to Windows 10 mobile insider preview. So, I think this is not the cause.

I just upgraded my Lumina 1520 to Windows 10 build 10536 and my wi-fi also doesn't work. It also says:
"Can't do this right now
Try again in a little while. If the problem continues, restart your phone and try again"

Restarting the phone has no affect and I"M NOT GOING TO DO A HARD RESET. This must be fixed by Microsoft before they release Window 10 mobile officially.
