From the first time I saw Windows Phone 7 I was quote unquote, in love. It's not perfect and I still favor WebOS over WP7 -- but in terms of iOS and Windows Phone 7, WP7 beats Apple. Here are the main reasons why:
*iOS is app centric, while WP7 is info centric. MS really tried to find the best way to get the info you want to you as quickly as possible. To me, anything that makes your life faster is better.
*Over all look and appeal. The OS is quick, and no matter the hardware it's the same. You don't have to worry about it being different (like in Android) which is a good thing. No bloatware that will hinder the processor and like iOS, doesn't need a Super Computer to run.
*Zune Software. I loved the iPhone/iPod Touch when it first come out. I didn't think MS could ever make a better music software. Zune is exactly that. It has matured since it's first iteration and that's a good thing. Windows Phone 7 is pretty much a Zune phone.
**Upgradeable memory. I don't know if every Windows Phone 7 has this feature, but I know Arrive on Sprint has the ability to use SkyDrive to get an extra 25gb of storage. Which is a really cool thing.**
I gatta go but those are some things that I like over iOS.
