Why there is no profile picture update to twitter in Me hub??

There was option for twitter (maybe) early 7.8 but now there's no option here.... It's uncomfortable for me...

Only a guess but I would have to assume that Twitter changed their API behind their profile pictures and MS cannot make quick updates to the OS like that, so instead of trying to keep up with a target that is bouncing all over they had to just scrap it.
