Why use Windows Phone 10

I know this isn't a big deal, I'm just wondering why Microsoft uses Windows Phone 10 and not Windows 10 mobile under supported operating systems in the Microsoft store.

Someone probably didn't get the memo. It wasn't really firmly announced to be Window 10 Mobile anyway, they just started using that.
