Why Viber ignores WP users?

Viber 5 for Android and Apple users is out for a while now but latest version for WP is 4.2.2 (May 2014).

Viber 4 has a lot of bugs and it's development for WP is not good as it should be.

Why is this?

The same reason why all the apps are pretty much like this. Except for some games, not many mainstream developers seem to care about WP. Either that or their still sorting out how to get Viber working properly on WP8.1 the way they want or they've decided to wait until W10 comes out now as it's not worth the double development.
