wont download abobe flash player on my windows 8.1 embedded phone

i cant get my local tv station player on my windows 8.1 embedded it says i need abobe flash player, but its not available for my device's operation system and browsers, many thanks

Indeed windows phone does not support flash player and can not be installed.
So sorry you can not watch your local tv station.
