I have a new RCA tablet with Windows 10 and have tried to install Google Play Store and also my apps that I have installed on my other devices but it won't recognize my tablet. I have tried going through my settings to see if I have to change something for it to work but can't find anything. I can't download Google play store nor any apps ... HELP??

Google Play Android apps won't run directly on Windows 10 devices. You'd need to install an Android emulator.

You have a Windows 10 tablet so you can't use Android apps. If you want to do that you have to buy an Android tablet or emulate Android on your Windows 10 tablet, but that won't be the same thing. Remember that Android and Windows are too very different things with different apps too.

Thanks for this info ... what is an Emulator? And where would I find one to install? I am soo behind the times ...

You use Android emulator. Then have the Play Store version of APK on your device. I can introduce you to the Play Store download websites: Apptogame, APKpure, ... These are two reputable websites today.
