Why won't all emails open fully on my Lumia?

why wont all emails open fully on my lumia?

some emails I receive fully but with others its just a heading with a blank beneath. Any ideas?

Check the following setting (you probably did not mark it)
Open the e-mail app.
Push the three ...
Go to settings
Scroll down and check if "Always download full message and internet images" is unmarked and mark it if you want.
