Why won't my flashlight on my phone turn off?

why wont my flashlight on my phone turn off

i turned my phone off and it stayed on, then i let my phone go flat stayed on, than i went in to camera took a photo with flash and it just goes brighter, so i went in to the flashlight app and when i turn flash on it just goes brighter, i tried a soft and hard resets but did not work what do i do?

Have you tried uninstalling the Flashlight App?

i have the same problem on this homtom phone and its starting to get annoying
