Why won't my Lumia 930 start?

LUMI 930 wont start

hello every one ..my phone is bricked
i have tried all possibilities.
all combinations(volume down and power)
nokia recovery tool
but no sign
plugged my phone to battery for more than 8 hours but no sign of life

Where did you purchase this phone? Any chance of it still being under warranty?
