Why won't my Microsoft 950 start downloading the newest update?

My Microsoft 950 won't start downloading the newsest update

So I've been having some keyboard issues and then I tried to download the new update but when I go to the download screen it just says 0% and after a while it tells me my storage is low even though I have 21 GBs left of space. What do I need to do to download the new update?

I'm also having the same issue. Progress on download stays at 0% and then I get an alert that phone storage is full. I checked my data usage with ATT and it had an insane amount showing as used for this billing cycle but underneath in parenthesis it said disabled. I'm guessing ATT knows there is a problem with this update on the Lumia 950.

Apparently Microsoft is aware of this issue and is looking into it.
