Why won't my Microsoft Band connect with my Nokia Lumia 635?

Microsoft Band won't connect with Nokia Lumia 635

I just bought the original Microsoft Band, and the Bluetooth will not stay connected with my phone. The band will connect via Bluetooth to my phone for like a second, but then disconnect. Then I will go into the settings and forcefully try to pair the phone to the band and it will work, but then it will instantly disconnect after a second. Yes I have restarted the band and I have restarted the phone (factory resets), but I can't seem to find a solution. Does anyone have any ideas??? (And I'm on the 2nd band because I thought the 1st one I got was broken)

Are you using the Health App to sync and control the Band?

Have you tried Pimp My Band App to see if that will hold a connection?

Try to farctory reset your band.

My mom is having the same problem on her 635 with Band 1. Anyone else have a possible fix?
