Why won't my Nextbook laptop let me install apps?

My Nextbook laptop won't let me install apps

I've been able to download apps from the Windows Store normally before, but now it just isn't working. It says I own the product and is ready to install, but whenever I click install it just says working... and stays like that forever. Please help!
