Why won't my Nokia 635 turn on?

My nokia 635 wont turn on

every time i click the side button to turn it off it doesnt, but if i hold it, it powers down how do i fix this problem

just clicking the power button switches on/off the screen. Long pressing the power button gives you the option to switch off the phone or switch it on again if it was off
