Why won't my Nokia Lumia 620 turn on?

my nokia lumia 620 wont turn on

my nokia lumia wont switch on when i charge it the screen lights up then it shows that the phone is charching then i goes blank

Let it charge for an hour or so.once charged to like 5-10% ,the phone itself will start up automatically.If it does not boot up then try Nokia software recovery tool.Install it,connect your phone to your PC and then run the installed application.
If your phone does not respond then select option "My phone does not start up or respond".
