OTG not working on Lumia 950XL after Jan2016 Firmware update

I used OTG for a good few months and It appears like after applying the 01078.00027.15506.xxxxx (xxxxx=02005 for me) firmware update to my unlocked dual sim 950XL - i am unable to use OTG - I confirmed flash drives can be read on a 950 dual sim without issue - I also noticed that if I pull the sd card - I can't launch File Explorer. - I can connect the phone/sd to a computer and recognize a flash drive through a continuum dock - so I am not sure if it is hardware or not... Anyone else, thoughts?

I never use my dock, but out of curiosity I plugged in the dock, plugged in my 4 bay HD dock, heard the familiar device connection and with file explorer I could see two drives a 1TB and 320gb one, browse directory, open pictures, videos..

From october I'm also not able to use my USB Type-C Pendrive It works in dock but when directly connected to phone it is not detected anymore (in September it was working)

I just tested it on 950xl and OTG worked for me. I'm on the fast ring.
