Why won't my phone boot after W10 TP Update?

Phone wont boot after W10 TP Update...

Hello.

i have updated my lumia 520 to Windows 10 Technical Preview.
After it got successfully installed it shut down itself due to no battery and after charging it showed red screen with nokia written & dint move any further.
i tried going back to wp 8.1, the installation failed and now the phone is not booting. :/

Help Please...
