Why will my Start Menu and other tray items not work?
I just upgraded my computer to version 1511, and it failed. Now my Start menu, my network hot tray, my volume, my notification thingy, and Cortana do not work. I click but it does not do anything. In Windows Update it now says "There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help:" It does not give an error code. I click the retry button but it will not work. I just get the same thing without the error code again and again.
