Why won't my Win 10 wireless connect to a hotspot?

Win 10 Wireless wont connect to hot spot

Can see the hot spot but when try to connect comes back with can't connect to this network

I have to second this inquiry...

I am also having wifi connectivity issues both with unsecured and secured access points. So far, my device has only successfully connected to two routers.
