Why won't my Windows 8.1 PC store apps open?

Windows 8.1 PC Store Apps Won't Open

Since couple of days my laptop apps won't open but they still showing live tiles and updates, only built-in apps work including the store. All desktop softwares works though.

I have no idea what happened or i may done caused this. I have tried all the tricks possible and nothing seems to fix it.

First of all, you should post it in the appropriate Windows 8/8.1 Forum to get a better answer. This is the Windows Phone forum.

The reason could be that they are not properly installed. Do they show a small 'x' at their corner? Make sure you are logged in with your Microsoft account in the Store and the apps are installed properly. You may also try uninstalling and reinstalling the apps.

I did reinstalled one app and now doesn't work saying "this app can't Open" i don't see a small x thought. And yes im on the right account. Everything was ok earlier that day and then i had this problem.
