Why won't some apps on my Lumia 525 Windows 8.1 launch?

some apps in my lumia 525 windowa 8.1 wont launch

Some apps in my Lumia 525 won't launch. When I select an app it automatically returns to the apps list. Especially the HERE Drive app. And also the newly saving photos in the gallery won't show the thumbnail or the image at all. It says "can't get picture. Try again later"

Any help is appreciated thanks.

it happened with me also. the solution is simply un-install and then re-install the app.
beware, i lost my progress and achievements while re-installing Subway Surfers.

But what about the photos in the gallery? After I save a pic sometimes it says"can't get picture. Try again later" and there's no thumbnail too
