Why wont' Windows store open, it just loads and then crashes?

Why wont' windows store open? It just loads and then crashes.

I have tried clearing the cache and this didn't work. Updated from windows 7 five days ago

Open run(win+R),type wsreset.exe and enter.Hope this may work.
