Why WP apps run slower than Android in same hardware?

Actually I want to post it to Phone Wars, but it closed

I wonder why my friend can play PS1 emulator in his Galaxy Star smoothly (but it is single core and crappy SoC!) and mine Lumia 720 play EmiPSX much slower than my friend are.

But there someone said the factor make Windows Phone slower is the code that increasing performance when this apps developed but not allowed to use by Microsoft due to security breach (I forgot the name of this technology/architecture/code, please mention it)

So what is other factor for you? And any apps run slower than green robot?

I don't think it's a hardware issue, it's most probably the difference between the emulators.

I feel you, bro... I really do.

As for the lagginess between platforms, its probably cause of the coding that went into making the emulators... As always more love for Andy than WP.
