Whydoes my laptop sleep after 2 minutes?

It doesn't matter how long I set this, on battery or mains, on all power plans, the laptop sleeps after 2 minutes. I've tried all combinations. Any thoughts anyone please?

You have to select your favourite plan and then go to the sleep option inside settings, then you can change sleep times

have you checked that it's going to sleep or the display is shutting off?
