Why's my screen not working?

After I installed windows 10 my tablet reset and now when I press the screen it registers the touch on a different part of the screen, sometimes in two places at once, almost as if its not calibrated correctly. How do I fix this? Also the tablets brand new so I know the screen isn't damaged.
