Wi-fi is not even an option for my computer that uses Windows 10. How do I set up wifi?

I just bought a new computer, and in the network and internet section of the settings it says Data usage, VPN, Dial-up, Ethernet, and Proxy. I have seen pictures of other people's computers that have another category titled Wi-fi above Data Usage, but this does not appear for me.

Go into Settings. Type "wifi" in the search box. There should be an option on the left side to Change Wi-Fi settings.

I have the same problem but I just switched from Ethernet to wireless connection and I can't see the wifi section. I tried searching for wifi in the Search box but still nothing came

There is a separate driver for WiFi like for example windows 7 does not have those drivers so it doesn't pick up WiFi connections or even let you switch to WiFi so my suggestion is to try to find a WiFi driver to download to your PC for windows 10 but it does seem odd that your computer wouldn't have those drivers.

Have you checked to make sure your PC has the drivers for WiFi?
