Wi-Fi not working when phone is locked?

Hello,
I am currently on the preview for developers on my 620 and one thing I am noticing is that Wi-Fi is not working when the phone is locked. I can't download apps while it is locked and to keep the download on, I have to keep pressing the screen to keep it awake. I remember there was a setting for this in WP8 but I can't find it in 8.1! Help!

I know what you mean about the setting - I can't seem to find it, either.

That said, it looks like, on my L920, the WiFi is remaining on while locked.

Maybe its just my ****ty internet speed... Only 1 mbps
