Wifi and 3G both turned on .Which network will my phone use ?

As clear from the topic , my question is if my both Wifi and 3G ( H+) is on and working which is the preferred network used by phone for downloading as well as browsing purpose . ?

Wi-Fi is the preferred network, if both (Wi-Fi and cellular) is turned on.

There is also an option since GDR 2 under the cellular settings that will keep it from using 3G if the WiFi is connected but Limited.
