So I installed 10166 on my TMO Lumia 640 and it didn't go well (there's a thread in the Lumia 640 if you're interested in the details). I ended up using the WPRT to get back to 8.1. After recovering and restoring from my backup, my phone has no WiFi calling icon. If I go into the SIM settings the options are there and if I select "Wi-Fi Only" for my calling, my phone signal goes to the airplane mode indicator.
I'm assuming using the recovery tool downloaded and installed an image that doesn't include the necessary firmware/software for WiFi calling. Anyone have thoughts on things to try to get it enabled or am I out of luck? (I can live with it if I don't have WiFi calling...I took the risk of installing the preview and I have a pretty good signal where I am.)
