Wifi calling

Can anybody comment about the wifi calling feature. It seems to be great in iPhone compared to Android
I own a note 20 ultra great phone except for this difference I have noticed since I also have iPhone 10 from work. Places with no bars I am able to make crystal clear phone calls on iPhone and when I try with my note it just keeps spinning to make a call.
Has anybody else noticed the difference

I don't drink much, but I don't go anywhere where there's no bars, not with my 950 nor my V30.
