WiFi drops and won't reconnect unless rebooted

I'm not sure if this is 8.1 Update 1 related but the past week or two I've been having problems with my work and home WiFi. Basically the phone can't connect unless I do a reboot of the phone. Prior to this it had always been stable with WiFi networks.
