Wifi Issue lumia 920

No matter what i do cant able to operate internet in my phone it shows my phone is connected bt internet is not working i have restarted my phone my router 100 times -.- bt still no effect i have changed my wifi router setting too i set channel on 11 in wifi setting bt nothing happened i delete all the network having in my phone and then connected again bt still nothing happened so can anyone help me with this?

here ! i have reinstalled the software too bt it works for some time and then same problem

I have the same (or similar) issue. It only happens when there's lot of other Wifi networks in the same building (I live in a flat). I can temporarily solve the issue by disabling and then re-enabling the Wifi of my phone. Sometimes I need to do that several times a day and sometimes only a few times a day.

I'll wait for the Cyan/8.1 update before I contact Microsoft. My laptop doesn't get confused with all the ~ 20 different Wifi signals, so the issue isn't in the router but in the phone. Do you also have lot of other Wifi networks in/near your house?

yup bt its fixed now i went to nokia care and then suddenly its start working
P.s i still cant find the reason though.
