WiFi Issues

I'm trying to upgrade to GDR3 preview, but it keeps telling me I'm not connected to wifi (I am). Anyone else run into this problem or know how to fix it?

I connect to a wifi network but when I get out of the Wifi range and then come back in, it is telling me that the connection is unsuccessful. To fix it temporarily, I need to disable the wifi, enable it back and connect again. Annoying workaround. Anybody else having this problem???
