Wifi / network activity arrows..

I'm on Nokia black firmware with wp8.1 gdr 1. But there is no activity arrows, usb setting.. !!!! Sry for my English.

Wifi icon activity arrow requires Lumia cyan firmware..so don't worry nothing is wrong with your device...usb settings...is still not available for anyone....using official cyan firmware or dp 8.1 update 1...
