WiFi Not Working

Hello guys,

Last week I used my 625 to share the internet to the PC and Vice Versa (PC to Phone). Now when I share my internet from the phone, it doesn't get recognized by the PC. when I make a WiFi connection from the PC it gets detected but when I try to connect to it, gives an error "Connection Unsuccessful". I tested using another Android phone instead of the PC and it gave the same results as PC.

Since the WiFi connection get detected by the phone, I think the phone's WiFi is working. Do I need to reset the phone?

I went to Nokia care and they said it a software issue and resetting the phone fixed the problem. but when my online backup was restored it didn't work again. they replace my phone and it working now again, with online backup. Hope this helps to anyone that will have this problem.
